Pricing & Facilities

St Mary's Village Hall is available for private hire by individuals, groups, businesses and organisations at competitive rates for a range of purposes.

As a charity, every penny you spend contributes toward the continual development and running of the Hall. We've priced our rates competitively to give value for money, whilst taking into account the running costs of, what is, a large and very old building.

Rates:

  • Monday - Friday (8am - 6pm): £15/hour

  • Monday - Thursday (6pm - Midnight): Residents £20/hour. Non-Residents: £25/hour

  • Friday 6pm - Sunday Midnight: Residents £25/hour. Non-Residents £35/hour

All prices are subject to availability. The committee reserve the right to amend the above displayed prices at any time. Optional cleaning fee not included.

Add-ons (POA):

  • Fully licensed mobile bar

  • PA system

  • Additional toilets

Residents covers those who live at Stannington Park and the Villas

Facilities:

  • Ample parking with wheelchair access

  • Ultrafast fibre broadband & Wi-fi

  • Kitchen area with oven, hob, microwave, hot water boiler

  • Electric heating 

  • Two toilets, one with baby changing facilities and disabled access

  • 200 seated capacity

  • Event tables and chairs

  • Cutlery, glassware, crockery

  • Bar available for hire

  • Public Liability Insurance
